eggbt.com maintains a zero-tolerance approach to misuse of platform resources, harm to others, and conduct that threatens network or public safety. This policy applies to all users, visitors, developers, and third-party integrations.

1. Prohibited Conduct

  • Sending spam, phishing, fraudulent messages, malware, botnet traffic, or other unlawful or harmful content.
  • Conducting unauthorized scanning, intrusion, password attacks, scraping, evasion of controls, privilege escalation, or interference with system stability.
  • Account theft, abuse of free quotas, artificial traffic generation, subsidy abuse, resale of resources, crypto mining, or other abnormal consumption of platform resources.
  • Publishing, storing, processing, or distributing content that violates applicable law, regulation, or contractual obligations.

2. Security and Compliance Measures

  • We may use automated and manual measures to detect suspicious conduct, including log review, rate limiting, isolation, risk checks, and human review.
  • To meet legal obligations and protect the platform and third parties, we may preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with law enforcement, courts, and regulators.

3. Enforcement Actions

  • For suspected abuse, we may remove content, block traffic, limit access, suspend tasks, revoke API keys, freeze accounts, or terminate service access.
  • If abuse causes loss, claims, or regulatory exposure, we reserve the right to pursue contractual remedies, damages, and other legal action.

4. Appeals and Reporting

  • If you believe enforcement was applied in error, you may appeal by contacting support@eggbt.com and providing relevant details.
  • Abuse, attacks, or violations may also be reported to the same address.

5. Updates

  • We may update this policy to reflect business, security, and legal requirements. Updated versions take effect when posted.
