This agreement is the standard terms template governing your use of eggbt.com. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this agreement.

- eggbt.com provides online storage, file management, access to compute resources, and related features.
- We may modify, update, limit, or discontinue features as business needs require, with reasonable notice when appropriate.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and use the service.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and safeguard your account credentials, passwords, keys, and tokens.
- You are responsible for activities under your account and must notify us promptly of unauthorized use or security incidents.
3. Acceptable Use
- You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, malicious-code, unauthorized access, resource abuse, or other harmful activities.
- You may not bypass quotas, billing, security, or access controls, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
4. User Content
- You retain rights in content you upload, store, process, or generate, but you must have the legal right to do so.
- You grant us a limited license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display content as reasonably necessary to operate the service.
5. Fees and Payment
- Certain features may require payment. You agree to pay applicable fees under the pricing, subscription plan, or order in effect at the time.
- Except as required by applicable law, fees paid are generally non-refundable.

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

- This agreement is generally governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
