This agreement applies to memberships, subscriptions, plans, and premium services offered by eggbt.com. By purchasing, activating, or continuing to use a membership service, you agree to this agreement and the applicable pricing disclosures.

1. Membership Services

  • Membership services may include increased storage, higher compute quotas, priority support, premium features, or other benefits.
  • Specific benefits, limits, validity periods, and usage scope are defined in the purchase page, plan description, or order.

2. Activation and Renewal

  • You may activate a membership only after payment is successfully completed under the price and billing cycle shown at checkout.
  • If a plan includes auto-renewal, you authorize us to charge the applicable renewal fee on the renewal date unless you cancel auto-renewal before that date.

3. Fees and Refunds

  • Unless required by applicable law or expressly promised on the purchase page, membership fees are generally non-refundable once paid.
  • Actual charges may vary due to taxes, exchange rates, payment channel rules, or regulatory requirements.

4. Membership Use Rules

  • Membership benefits are for the account holder or expressly authorized entity only and may not be rented, transferred, shared, or resold without authorization.
  • You may not use membership benefits to bypass limits, abuse resources, generate artificial traffic, resell compute capacity, or engage in other prohibited conduct.

5. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

  • We may adjust membership features, pricing, benefit structure, or availability for business, technical, security, or compliance reasons, with reasonable notice when appropriate.
  • If you violate applicable terms, create risk, or if required by law, we may suspend, limit, or terminate membership benefits without waiving other remedies.

6. Expiration and Downgrade

  • When a membership expires, is canceled, or is terminated, related benefits end at the close of the applicable period and the account may revert to a basic tier.
  • Storage, compute, or features exceeding the basic tier may become unavailable until you reduce usage, upgrade again, or otherwise resolve the issue.

7. Disclaimer

  • Membership services are provided subject to existing technical and commercial conditions, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every benefit or suitability for any specific purpose.
